Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9u999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at https://9u999.ws and any associated subdomains or mobile browser versions.

2. One account only: Each mobile number may be associated with only one 9u999 account. Attempting to register a second account to circumvent a suspension is prohibited.
3. Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. Choose a strong, unique password and never share it.
4. KYC compliance: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID or other documents requested by 9u999. This is a mandatory anti-fraud requirement.

Detection of any such pattern will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9u999. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Intellectual Property

If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and funds released.
